		<description><![CDATA[Some say Medicare is already broke while others say the plan is in great shape and will never go away.

The never go away part is probably accurate but the rest is pure fantasy.

Medicare pays out more in claims than it collects in Medicare taxes and it has been this way for several years now. To me, that pretty much defines broke.]]></description>
