		<description><![CDATA[Some people like a Medicare HMO plan, some don&#039;t.

As long as you are comfortable with the HMO concept there is no reason to make a change during enrollment periods.

With an HMO you only have coverage when using a par provider. Exceptions are made in the case of a true medical emergency. Non-par charges are not included in your out of pocket cap.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[You can change Medicare Plans and prescription drug plans every year from October 7 to December 15th.  You can also change plans if you move out of the service area or lose your coverage.  If you qualify for Extra Help with prescriptions or are on Medicaid you can change anytime during the year.  These are called Special Election Periods.]]></description>
