		<description><![CDATA[When you reach 65 you must enroll in Medicare parts A &#038;B.  Medicare becomes primary and Tri-Care becomes secondary.  That is almost seamless as far as the member is concerned.  The claim is handled by the provider, sent to Medicare which pays its portion.  If there is still an amount owed it is sent to Tri-Care that takes care of its share.  If there is still something that isn&#039;t covered it is sent to the member.]]></description>
