		<description><![CDATA[Medicare is governed by law.  There isn’t an insurance company involved.  Enrollment is mandated by law.  If you are covered by an employee sponsored program you can elect to delay enrollment in part B.  The benefits under part A and B form the basis for the payment of all insurance benefits.  If you have medical insurance that continues past age 65 that insurance coordinates its benefits with Medicare.  That is true if you have a supplemental policy as well. ]]></description>
