		<description><![CDATA[Medicare not your Supplement is the key to getting a claim  paid. Since Medicare is primary once Medicare approves the claim the Supplement has to pay its part. If Medicare does not approve the claim your Supplement will not pay. If your doctor does a Medicare approved service there is no reason that both Medicare and your Supplement won&#039;t work together to pay your claim.]]></description>
