		<description><![CDATA[I think this question depends on who you ask, as this is a politically charged question. As far as I can tell, $716 billion was cut from the Medicare Advantage Program. The Obama administration claims the was not a cut, because they were going to reduce payments for hospital services, skilled nursing services, hospice and other Medicare services. Of course, that was met with a lot of negative feedback on both sides of the aisle so it&#039;s unclear if those cuts are actually going to take place. But if the cuts don&#039;t take place, how would the $716 billion be paid back into the Medicare fund? To some extent, the jury is still out on this one.]]></description>
