For covered home health care services, Medicare pays 100% and 80% of the Medicare-approved amount for durable medical equipment. You would be responsible for the Part B deductible ($147 in 2014 and 2015) and the other 20% of expenses. A Medigap plan can help cover the other 20% - if you'd like the Part B deductible covered as well, you should consider a plan C or a plan F. Plans F and G are your most comprehensive plans.

I hope the information is helpful - please feel free to contact me for help with your coverage including Medigap plan quotes and comparisons, and if you have any other questions. Thanks very much.
