		<description><![CDATA[Original Medicare has a yearly deductible for Part B, the outpatient and doctor portion. Every year the deductible amount changes based on decisions by Congress.

Medicare Part A also has a hospital deductible, but it is a per admission deductible (in Medicare terminology, per benefit period).
