		<description><![CDATA[Most of the time medicare part B is required and necessary in most cases.  It is also a feature that would benefit you so truthfully I would not opt out or considered opting out.  If you have a group health plan this might be the only time that it is not necessary otherwise it automatically comes with Part A medicare.]]></description>
