Again, based on age, the conventional term life insurance market can go as long as 30 years. Most defensive financial planners recommend purchasing term insurance with a conversion provision to convert to permanent life insurance in case the original coverage period is too short.

		<description><![CDATA[Term life insurance is generally issued in 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 year terms, with 30 being the longest.  Prudential does offer a term insurance product called Worklife 65 term that offers coverage to age 65.  If you are 25 years old and take out this Prudential policy, you would be purchasing a 40 year term.]]></description>
