		<description><![CDATA[Generally speaking, life insurance may not be held or titled as an IRA or qualified plan.  Nor can life insurance be housed or kept inside such a plan.  However, there is one small exception.   A qualified plan, under the &quot;incidental benefit&quot; rule can contain a small amount of life insurance.   But keep in mind that the amount of allowable death benefit must be very small and qualify as &quot;incidental&quot; compared to the overall plan balance.]]></description>
