However, technically, guaranteed issue life insurance policies should be able to be obtained by inmates who fit the age guideline, are applying for an amount that is financially justifiable, and who have enough income or assets to pay premiums. I called Colonial Penn to ask about their guaranteed acceptance life insurance and the representative said that someone in jail could get it if he/she met the guidelines.]]></description>
