		<description><![CDATA[I agree.  There are so many reasons to own life insurance on an ex-spouse that it should be more common than it currently is.  If you receive income from your ex, you should have insurance on that person.  If they help care for your kids, or pay for their care (or would pay for college), then you should have insurance in place to protect that income stream.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Yes, that certainly can be the case.   Though you are divorced, there can be any number of reasons that your ex spouse may have an insurable interest in you.  Things like child support, alimony come to mind, but if you still have joint ownership of any property or a business interest, these are still considerations.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Not only can your ex-spouse buy a life policy on you, but should, particularly if you are paying alimony or child support.&#160; Your ex-spouse should apply for and own the policy.&#160; Then there is never any question about premium payment and beneficiary changes.&#160; Your ex-spouse has a distinct insurable interest.&#160; Of course this procedure needs your cooperation.&#160; If there are bad feelings you might consider the consequences if the court were to order you to cooperate or buy the insurance for your ex-spouse. ]]></description>
