		<description><![CDATA[The basic answer is no, unless you have scheduled it.  What this means is that homeowners insurance will cover some lost/stolen/broken items when you are away from your house.  Typically cell phones and electronic devices are excluded; however, cell phones and electronic devices can be scheduled on your policy. This means that they are specifically named as an item in your policy that will be covered in the case of a covered peril.  

I, however, do not recommend doing this because the deductible for your homeowners policy is usually much higher than a stand alone policy you can get for a phone.]]></description>
