		<description><![CDATA[A homeowner’s policy has several sections.  Under the property coverages the insurance pays for damage.  Under this section damage caused by birds, vermin, rodents, insects or domestic animals isn’t covered.  Whether the bats were causing damage or not, their removal is not an insured risk.  Under the liability coverages there doesn’t appear to be any coverage either.  ]]></description>
