		<description><![CDATA[IF you are looking to your homeowner’s policy to cover maintenance on your property, you will not find relief.  The policy provides coverage for damages from specific perils.  However, if a tree fell onto your house, the removal of the tree would be covered under “debris removal.”  Keeping an unsafe tree on your property could prompt your insurance company to “non-renew” your coverage, so it should be dealt with as soon as possible.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Having a tree removed for maintenance purposes is not covered by you&#039;re Homeowners&#039; Insurance.  That having been said, If that tree has been determined to be dead or diseased and might threaten your neighbor&#039;s house if it fell, for example, and you do nothing about it, then if that did occur, you would be legally liable for any damage and subject to coverage under the Liability portion of your Homeowner&#039;s policy.  That would pay for the damage and legal fees, if necessary, and perhaps the clean up, but it is a good idea to discuss this with your Insurance Professional.]]></description>
