		<description><![CDATA[A homeowner’s policy covers the residence.  There is coverage for sudden bursting of pipes inside the home but I cannot locate any coverage for pipes outside and underground.  Most homeowner’s policies exclude coverage for sewer backup, unless that coverage is provided as an option.  Even that coverage isn’t for the pipes; rather it is for the damage to the residence.   ]]></description>
