		<description><![CDATA[It is difficult to imagine when a homeowner’s policy would cover underground pipes.  Most things that would affect underground pipes are excluded in a standard homeowner’s policy.  Certainly normal deterioration or failure would not be covered.  Movement of the ground is excluded.  If the pipes were broken because an airplane fell on them, that is excluded also. ]]></description>
