Employers and the insurance conmpanies has spent millions trying to prepare for the requirements of ACA and now it appears that the health care industry will be reeling for some time because the regulators and the insurance companies cannot just turn a switch on here today and then turn it off because the government failed to understand what they were doing when they passed a law to require cancellation of millions of policies.]]></description>
