		<description><![CDATA[If you applied for Health Insurance and your application was denied, the company you applied to will have to give you a reason why it was denied.  They should mail you a letter stating a reason.  Since the Affordable Care Act was passed you can not be denied based on your health history, so as long as you are providing truthful, relevant info on the app, getting health insurance should be easy.]]></description>
