		<description><![CDATA[If there is a medical &quot;need&quot; at the time of service, any person will be treated by hospital services. So care in the case of immediate need is not in question.  The next part, the paying the bill part, could go in two directions. 

First, most hospitals will waive (write off)  the costs if the person doesn&#039;t have the financial means to pay the bill. 

The other, if the person &quot;has&quot; the means to pay and has chosen not to carry health insurance will be treated the same way as any other bill this person incurs. Which can mean collections. The choice is the medical providers to make.]]></description>
