		<description><![CDATA[Good question.  Normally an employer has to pay at least 25% of the premium and sometimes they pay up to 100%, that&#039;s up to them.  So if the plan is $300 for you alone, if they pay 50%(which many employers do) they would be paying $150 and you would probably pay $75 per 2 weeks which of course equals $150 monthly.]]></description>
