		<description><![CDATA[The penalties are as follows according to the Colorado Exchange...  in 2014 greater of $95 per adult, $47.50 per child with a maximum of $285 for the family or 1% of taxable household income.

In 2015, the greater of $325 per adult, $162.50 per child with a family max of $975 or 2% of taxable income.

In 2016, the greater of $695 per adult, $347.50 per child with a family maximum of $2,085 or 2.5% of taxable household income.
