		<description><![CDATA[This is a good Question.  With any Company, whether they provide employee health coverage or not will depend on many factors.  Whether you are Part time or Full time, if there is a waiting period, etc etc.  It is important to know that even if your employer does not offer health benefits, you can apply for your OWN individual plan that you pay for and manage on your own.  This may also be a good option because if you happen to leave that job, you won&#039;t have to worry about loosing your health coverage.]]></description>
