Essentially your auto insurance will pay first for any medical bills related to your car accident but your health insurance will take over once your auto insurance is exhausted. Obviously your health insurance won&#039;t cover the damages to the car or to other people&#039;s property or the medical bills of anyone else injured who isn&#039;t covered under your policy so you still need an auto policy.]]></description>
