		<description><![CDATA[Health insurance premiums don&#039;t always increase on renewal, but it seems that way. In the last few years I have had several clients whose premium actually DROPPED at renewal, but those are indeed rare situations.

Health care costs increase from year to year as does utilization. These factors contribute to putting pressure on premiums. Carriers have to increase rates to keep their block financially sound.]]></description>
