		<description><![CDATA[Can you pay health insurance premiums with a Flexible Spending Account?   I guess the first thing I would ask is if you have a FSA in place, aren&#039;t your premiums already being deducted pre-tax?  I don&#039;t know of any business situation that offers a FSA plan that doesn&#039;t already have employee paid premiums already taken pre-tax. 

Do you mean health insurance premiums for another family member who is not part of your employer&#039;s plan? I believe the answer would be no. FSA in regard to medical, dental and vision expenses are designed to pay towards out of pocket expenses a person has during a plan year.]]></description>
