		<description><![CDATA[Yes, you sure can. &#160;How they will treat you when you get there is a different question. &#160;Most hospitals will treat you whether you have health insurance or not. &#160;There are some, however, that may not. &#160;In that case, they would send you you to the hospital that will treat you. &#160;It also depends on what you need. &#160;If it&#039;s something minor, you may wait or they may send you to a different hospital. &#160;If it&#039;s critical, they will either treat you there or stabilize you to go to a different hospital.
 &#160; &#160;Either way, they will bill you for their services and, the more serious the case, the more it will cost.
