With more than 30 years' experience in New York City area insurance and real estate, Stu Cohen is the trusted advocate for owners of small buildings, as well as the association boards that manage these properties. Stu's articles on insurance, real estate and risk management have appeared in The New York Housing Journal and the New York Real Estate Journal, among others. He earned his bachelor's degree from what is now Binghamton University in New York and has since been an active participant in continuing education in both real estate and insurance.
