About Me

Matt entered into his financial career in 1998, working at a firm assisting clients in making strategic financial decisions. Matt purchased a firm, Denver West Insurance Professionals in 2004, training brokers how to work with clients addressing their needs. Today, you will find Matt working with his team, developing Wealth Strategy & Insurance Solutions are safe and achievable based on each clients individual goals.</p><br /><br /> <p>"Retirement should be a time when you decide if you want to take up a new hobby, do some traveling or if you want to continue to work. Retirement should not be a time when you are forced to work because of the uncertainty in today's market place. My goal is to help my clients have the income they need to maintain their standard of living and enjoy life as they see fit."</p><br /><br /> <p>Matt has lived in Colorado most of his life, coming from Ohio when he was age 5. He attended Arvada High School and Metropolitan State College in Denver. Matt is married to Tonya and has 3 kids, one who is getting her Certificate at Escoffier School of Culinary Arts another who is in training to become a Mechanic in North Carolina and one who is about to graduate High School. Matt loves living in Colorado and enjoys the outdoors.</p><br /><br /> <p>Matt has a history of volunteering with organizations; such as National Sports Center for the Disabled & was a volunteer Fire Fighter in Clear Creek County. Currently, Matt volunteers with the 9 Health Fair and in May 2011 completed a 50 hour training being recognized as a Stephen Minister.​
