About Me
Justin White, CLU® is a native Texan and 25+ year resident of Houston. White graduated from Angelo State University (BA) and University of Houston (MA) in vocal performance. After several years as a professional opera singer, Justin left that field and began his career in the insurance industry. Starting out as an agent, Justin moved rapidly through the ranks and into management with Torchmark Corporation and managed one of the largest branch offices in the nation with over 100 agents in the Greater Houston area and was frequently called upon to train at events across the country. During his stint at Torchmark, his “Houston West” branch office was recognized for outstanding production every year. This resulted in Justin being appointed to the prestigious President’s Council and numerous other awards. A teacher at heart, Justin was especially careful to groom candidates within his office so they could “have their shot” and open their own offices in various places across the country. After stepping down from Torchmark in 2008, Justin was hired as a Founding Branch Manager with Futurity First Insurance Group where he led the company in overall life insurance sales. In 2009, Justin opened his own brokerage (10 Group Financial) specializing in life insurance offerings with a special focus on people diagnosed with diabetes and other preexisting conditions. In 2012, Justin co-founded Niche Market Insurers (Life4Diabetes) which develops underserved, specialty “niche” markets nationally. Houston Life and Annuity is an outgrowth of his desire to provide education and service about life insurance and other financial issues to the local community. Justin serves as Group Leader with Bible Study Fellowship, serves in his Church, loves to grow tomatoes, hunt, fish and maintains a lively schedule with his wife Kathy and their two daughters, Rylie and Kaylie.Recent Answers
