Jerry Vanderzanden, CLU, ChFC, is co-founder and Executive Vice President of Marketing for Coastal Financial Partners Group, an advanced life insurance general agency. After starting his career as a financial planner, he went on to numerous insurance company executive positions including distribution and marketing management, product management, operations and advanced sales roles. As the general agency principal responsible for advanced case design and insurance based wealth strategies, Jerry works with clients and their advisers on executive benefits, business and estate planning solutions.
Jerry is a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU). AALU is the leading organization of successful insurance professionals who are a trusted voice on the unique issues involving the advanced life markets. Jerry also serves on the board, and is a past president of, the Golden Gate chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Jerry holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) professional designations from the American College.
