Barry holds a bachelor's degree in economics from UCLA and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Barry serves on the boards of the Woodland Hills Tarzana Chamber of Commerce, the North Valley Family YMCA, Light the Night Valley Region for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
Barry and his wife, Renee, reside in West Hills with their five children, although some of them have grown up and moved away, and their goldendoodle, Shomer Chai.
Barry spends his free time watching and attending UCLA football and basketball games, researching his family tree, reading and attempting to lower his golf handicap.
