		<description><![CDATA[I would say that it is unlikely, but there is always the possibility that it will. The more people that purchase car insurance typically the less it will cost per individual. If every licensed individual would purchase auto insurance we would not require uninsured motorist coverage which would lessen every ones total auto insurance rate immediately.]]></description>
