		<description><![CDATA[This is a difficult question to answer because all companies are different in what makes up their ideal market.  Some companies specialize in 30+ year olds, others in young drivers.  Local has a lot to do with car insurance rates as well.  In addition, insurance rates are based off the type of coverage an individual is seeking.  So to say one company is the best and cheapest is really impossible to do.  I would suggest contacting an agent in your state and provide them information specific to you.  They should be able to narrow companies down that will suite your individual needs.  Then compare coverage and rates to find the best company for you!]]></description>
