		<description><![CDATA[The ticket you received won&#039;t count against you regardless of whether or not you attend the driving school class, but the at-fault accident will.

Even if the ticket went on your driving record, it would not be counted. Because when you have 2 or more violations on the same day, insurance companies only count the most severe violation. Which in your case is the accident.

And yes, other insurance companies will know about your accident. Even if you are lucky enough to not have either the accident or ticket show up on your driving record, it will still show up on your insurance score (known as CLUE) if a claim is paid.]]></description>
