If your bank shows the payment processed, and the insurer doesn&#039;t, you have a better chance. If it was a clerical mistake on their part, they should cover your claim. Good luck! 		<description><![CDATA[If this equipment was in the home office of the insurance company you should get some relief.  If the post office was responsible they might bear some culpability.  There is an assumption in the USA that if you put something in first class mail you have met legal obligations.  If the insurance company will not discuss this with you in a rational manner there are always legal channels. ]]></description>
