		<description><![CDATA[While this isn’t a legal corner you can probably approach this in one of two ways.&#160; You can file a claim with your insurance carrier, particularly if you have comprehensive and collision coverage.&#160; They will settle your claim and then pursue the other party.&#160; The other way would be to hire an attorney and file a lawsuit.&#160; Perhaps it could be handled in small claims but being without insurance doesn’t absolve the other driver from responsibility. ]]></description>
