Claims reporting is, usually, a fairly simple process. Most insurance companies provide you with a menu driven, 24 hour toll free number to report claims. However, we find many of our insureds prefer to report the claim to our agency before contacting the insurance company. If the claim is clearly the fault of the driver of the other vehicle and no one in your vehicle is injured, you may be better off reporting the claim to their insurance company. However, your agent is in the best position to advise you. Do yourself a favor and get your agent involved in the claims process as early as possible. www.HamiltonInsGroup.com www.Nationwide.com/TimHamilton
