Great question! The company will generally send your renewal information and new insurance cards about a month before the policy renews, but if you've not received it, or misplaced it, they certainly will tell you if you contact them. If you need any further help, feel free to contact me, I'm happy to help. Thanks for asking!

Your car insurance policy will be issued either on an annual or a semi annual term basis. In Connecticut, 30 days in advance of each renewal, your company will send you policy documents for the new term. In some cases the bill will be included on others the policy will be billed separately and that will come out roughly 15 days in advance of the due date. Some companies also offer on line accounts and paperless billing plans.
