		<description><![CDATA[Don’t forget that insurance is a pooling of risk and that it is measurable.  While this is certainly beyond my area of expertise, auto insurance premiums are always developed by experience.  If these self-driving cars become available insurance companies will make preliminary estimates and will issue policies based upon those estimates.  As experience develops they will adjust rates to reflect the actual cost of insuring the vehicles.]]></description>
