		<description><![CDATA[The claim will be investigated and fault will be determined. If it was the other parties fault then if all goes well the other parties insurance will pay for the damages. If not then plan B is since you do not have physical damage coverage on your own policy which would normally pay for damages then next in line would be your friends policy which should cover the damages. Of course all of this depends on if there are any exclusions in the policies.]]></description>
