		<description><![CDATA[In general the color of a car does not factor into rate calculation. I often hear this myth that red cars are more expensive to insure. If thief wants to steal they might often looks for a car that is easy to steal and could care less about the car&#039;s color. If actuarial records could show that there is a higher propensity to steal certain color of cars then that might be factored into the comprehensive portion of the rates.]]></description>
