		<description><![CDATA[Child support is determined by court order.  If a vehicle premium was included in the computation then, yes, it is included.  The person receiving the child support is free to spend the money as desired subject to court direction.  There really isn’t a direct relationship between child support and auto insurance premium.  ]]></description>
