		<description><![CDATA[If you mean does auto insurance pay for a claim when you had an accident and were charged with a DUI, the answer is yes. I have seen some companies however exclude paying a claim if the DUI was considered a felony. This is usually not the case and the claim is paid. I would say this is about the only silver lining of what comes to follow by a DUI.]]></description>
