		<description><![CDATA[That depends on the terms and conditions of your auto policy.  Some companies include an accident foregiveness provision automatically for long term policy holders who have been otherwise claims free.  Other companies offer similar foregiveness provisions as amendments that you can purchase.  Your insurance will also generally not go up if you are the victim of someone else&#039;s negligence - a hit and run for example.  Finally, if you hit a deer or some other animal and file a claim, generally your insurance company is not going to increase your premium as a result.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Not necessarily.  A lot depends on your prior driving history.  If you have been a safe driver and have one accident, that accident will usually be forgiven  It would also depend on the severity of the accident and circumstances involved.  If the accident has a major offense such as a DUI or Reckless Operation attached to it then you would probably receive a rate increase or possible non-renewal.]]></description>
