		<description><![CDATA[Good Question usally insurance follows the car. For example if with my prmission you borrow my car and get into a car accident my insurance should cover the claim. Keep in mind some companies lower you liability limits to the state minimum if are not the driver of the car at the time of the accident.]]></description>
