		<description><![CDATA[That is going to depend on the agreement that you have with your lender for the automobile loan and your state laws. If the agreement that you signed for the auto loan has a stipulation in it that requires you to carry auto insurance and you do not then at minimum the lender would be able to come after you for breach of contract (which may allow them to reposes the vehicle just the same as if for non-payment).
