		<description><![CDATA[In most states, if not all, just like a car, if you have a motorcycle that you want to use on public access roads and highways, the bike will need to be registered and in order to register it, you will need to show proof of insurance.  If it is strictly an off road bike, you probably do not have to register it and therefore insurance would be voluntary.]]></description>
