		<description><![CDATA[Yes as long as they have joint ownership of the vehicle insured.  Insuring an automobile, or any item, requires an individual to have an insurable interest in that item.  Insurable interest for most property items requires having an ownership interest in the item.  Cars should be titled in both members name.
